Property rights within siblings

My grandfather(mother’s father) has some property, But my mama(my mother’s brother) claiming all property rights. what law says in this scenario? And also what if My mama ji sell some property without my mother’s consent? Kindly guide me on this topic

Madam Thank you for taking help online in this covid -situation

  1. Your mother has equal right on all the unsettled properties left by your grandfather except which are settled by will or other means
  2. Your mother can claim the properties for share of her part if any is sold with out her consent
