My Grandfather purchased land of 13 acres in the year 1960 and 1971 8 acres .He registered on the name of his elder son.My father is younger to my uncle,They also have a younger brother. Later, pass books have been issued to all the three sons distributing the land equally by my grandfather. The turn here is the registered copy on the name of my uncle wasn’t disposed.Hence, when no one were there at home he has stolen the past documents and filed a case stating that all the property belongs to him.I request you to suggest the possible solution or a key point for my father to win this case.I would also like to let you know that the case is running in the court since 10 years.

You are not clear in your facts. If your grandfather had purchased 13 acres and 8 acres of land in the year 1960 and 1971 and registered it in the name of his elder son, then how can he distribute the said land to all his three sons? If at all, the elder son in whose name the property stands registered has to gift it to his other two brothers through a Registered Deed. Therefore, your saying that the grandfather distributed the land equally among all his sons and pass books have been issued is not understood. Without knowing the exact facts of the case and the documents in possession of your father, it will not be possible for any one to give any useful suggestion.
