I have ordered a product from a website from US to my home in India and it has been 18 days now, I have not received it. The intended period of delivery is 7-14 days. What can I do now, may be it is under India Customs for long time. How can I check, and if not received what can I do ? I have zero knowledge of these things. Please tell me what can I do.
