Can any one let me know what are the Tier I and Tier II lawfirms in Mumbai with an active practice in Corporate law and Capital Markets transactions?

Will hugely appreciate your inputs, with your reasons for the same.

I would suggest referring to Chambers & Partners (google it), it gives a more realistic view.
