regarding civil case
Sir,
There was a agricultural land of about 4.5 acres,which includes 1.05 acres of others land.From past 80 years we are cultivating the same.Unfortunately we are not registered the extra land.recently the opponent got surveyed & found extra land of 1.05 acre (which we are cultivating.
After that we made the discussion with the opponent & make an understanding that the extra land may registered for an amount of Rs 1,70,000.In this regard we made an agreement on WHITE PAPER (on May,2009)in the presence of village representatives and give an advance of Rs 5000.After some time he refused to take the money & went to court & take the orders called INJECTION ORDER. and occupied the land.
In this regard we want to register the land through court after paying the remaining agreement amount.Is it possible?????

In case the land belongs to ur neighbour u have the right to seek performance of that in Court …
Was the possession taken pursuant to an order of Court or have they taken possession illegally ?
As i said the information given is very insufficient !!
