Kolkata anyone?

AnonymousLLB 27 Jul 2009, 21:54

Does anyone know any good firms in Kolkata who are hiring? I am a Sr. Assoc with a firm in Delhi, but have to relocate for personal reasons with my family.

Looking for a good law firm in Kolkata is like looking for snow in Ghana. It’s just not going to happen.

it does snow in ghana… only we know it as cocaine.

tell me what you’re looking for. I’d be happy to refer.

It snows cocaine? Or snowcaine? Oh my! We better inform Teesta Seetalvad about the miserable plight of the innocents consumed by the addiction that is sure to ensue upon such unnatural snowfall. Even if it doesn’t rain cocaine, we can always rely upon our trusty Teesta to draft a persuasive affidavit and convince the investigators and judges to issue an injunction demanding the stoppage of snowcaine. Teesta! Where are you? We need you!

kolkata is just like bombay structurally. But what has man done to man is the difference between the two cities.

There is hope with IT and real estate picking up.I wish the port could be restored.

The top three firms in Kolkata will be Khaitan, Fox Mandal and Amarchand…

Kolkota definitely seems like an interesting market, even if it is not quite Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore…
