I have been handling conveyancing cases for the clients based in UK for last few years. Since it is a non-ligation process, the entire case was outsourced and I was handing the cases completely including negotiating the contracts and lease terms with other-side solicitors and interacting with the seller or purchaser directly from India. However, when any dispute arises, it will naturally get transferred to the onshore litigation department in UK. May be it is that case which I know thoroughly and could possibly be able to handle litigation part as well if I were licensed to practice there.

Probably this triggered me to feel that I could probably utilize my optimum potential by practicing litigation, which, naturally, has to be within Indian Jurisdiction. I am aware that I have to learn the technicalities of court proceedings as I hardly have experience on this vertical but still I feel it is okay. What do you say - is it too late or I should listen to my heart?
