M&A Seminar

A seminar is being organized on M&A in ILS Law College, Pune on 17th December, 2011 from 1pm onwards.

The guest speakers include:

•Mr Nitin Potdar, Senior Partner at JSA Mumbai.

•Mr. Vivek Sadhale, Head (Legal) & CS, Persistent Systems Ltd, Pune.

The seminar will cover various aspects of M&A such as court’s process u/s 391, slump sale of business undertaking, asset purchase versus share purchase, acquisition under SEBI Takeover Code, demerger and legal due-diligence.

All students interested in attending the seminar can register at Counter No.4 in the office.

Timings: 11.30-1 pm and 2-3pm
