I am a student of LLM from symbiosis law school i just want to know can i attend this seminar and whether we will be provided any certificate of participation for this.

Yes you can attend the seminar by paying the Rs. 50 fee in the college office as speicified in the notice.

Since you are from outside ILS, you would be provided a certificate of participation.
