Jury Commity for Private organization documents checking

Hi,

Can anyone appoint jury committee for checking private company documents. The reason why I am asking is, One of my relative is cheated by Transport finance company is given loan to some else on my relatives vehicles (Without knowing to my relative). I want to check their record with the help of jury committee,

As we have RTI to check government office related documents. But in case of private organizations do we have any such act?

If jury committee is available. How we need to approach to empanel the committee? and what would be the cost for this services?

Sir,

I am unsure if a private company would allow you to check the documents. However, if u are sure that there has been a cheating and you have relevant documents to prove so, you may file a complaint under IPC and i guess that would best suit your interest. However, please clarify as I am not sure about your case.
