Hi all,

I am presently working at one of the tier 1 firms. I am contemplating preparing for an MBA. But in order to decide, I want to know what is the career path at these firms- from a monetary perspective (because honestly thats what it boils down to for me). I want to know how much can one expect to make say three years into the firm, or five years into the firm.

I know we start with fairly good packages, but I dont have any visibility on the growth thereafter. Would really appreciate some insight into this.
