I am planning to buy some revenue sites in reputed city. this is the first time i am buying the property in my life. I dont want to cheat by anyone.

I want to know that how the property owner can sale the his property to 2 members and how the owner will cheat.

is there any possibility after buying the property, he can sale to other person?
