My partnership firm made a land deal with a company and signed a mandate for one month i also issued a cheque of rs ten crore to the company it was agreed that the company will return the cheque and my firm will give demand draft but now i do not want to complet the land deal the time of deal is also over but the company send the cheque to bank without my information which has been bounced what i should do to avoid trouble
