Dear Sirs,

One year back in March,2012, basing on my friend’s request to help his friend, I had given them Rs.2,00,000/- for a short period of 2 or 3 months on a simple letter along with two cheques for Rs.1,00,000/- each without any interest on the principal.

After 4th month I have been making several requests. After one year, they have asked me to present the cheques in Bank on 11th March,2013. But my two cheque were bounced for Rs.1,00,000/- each due to Funds insufficient.

At this stage of my old age ( 64 Yrs. ), I have been fearing to expose my self in my family as well as to face their rudeness and misbehaviour.

Please advise me in this regard to file the case.
