Hi sir.

My question is about my father’s grandfather property.

My grand grand father had some land in Kerala.He didnt make any will before his death. He has 1 son and 3 daughters(my grandfather and his siblings). My grandfathers sisters got their part of land long before ago,but no proper papers are there as aproof for that. Now my father got the home in which my Grandfather and grandmother was living for more than 50 years(this land is in the name of my grand grand father). But now one of a son of my grandfathers sister is asking for a share in that.Is there anyway that we can avoid him from this.

Please help us sir. This land is very very important for our family now.
