HI! Can you please tell me how do people get interns at such law firms ? And also what sort of CV does a first year student should have to get a intern at good place.

I have interned there before, the work is good and so are the associates; it’s a chilled out atmosphere. They don’t do much campus recruiting so that gives the interns a chance to be considered if they impress and associates have been hired that way in this firm, but I’m not sure about the pay package, most such mid sized firms in Mumbai don’t pay a lot to freshers.
