I just found out about RTI India through google search. I have just registered so I am new to this thread.

I really need an advice, I request you to please help me out on my below stated query:

I own a property in Delhi, in a portion of which there is an un-authorized occupant for which I have also filed a case in the hon’ble High court of delhi which is pending.

Just to harass me the occupant is taking & digging up all the information he can Through RTI’s & again & again filing false complaints to various authorities. I got to know that he has just put an RTI for some information regarding the ownership documents of my property.

My question is that does can he or anyone can get all the information / documents for anyone’s property (such as mutations, wills etc) from the revenue dept., through RTI without the consent of the owner? If not & the Dept. gives the information where Can I complain or take any actions..

Friends I really do need some valuable advise on this.
