How to operate law firm

respectfully,

I am created an association with my freind .to work for legal srvices. Presently we are practicing in high court Lucknow .. I want to know that What are the special work of a firm or association… in legal sector… how we can find the clients for those work… . I have worked some time in Bank of Baroda as law officer. please give your valuable advices in the captioned querries.
