hello sir,

a person is working as a engineer in a power plant and that power plant is registered under company act.and there is 200 employee in that plant.that engineer is a permanent employee in that plant and working since last five years. twice a time he had taken two day leave without pre approval from manager, when he came from leave hr manager ask him to give resign when he had denied then hr person not allow to enter him in a plant.and post a discharge simplicitor on his native place.what should a engineer do.

the content of discharge simplicitor is as follow.

“reference to the terms and conditions of appointment set out in appointment order subsiting and binding upon you the management has decided to discahrge you from the service of the company by invoking termination clause 6 of the appointment letter for the reason that your services are no longer required .”

the content of appointment letter clause 6 is as follow

‘either you or company can terminate this employeement contract by providing three month written notice or by payment of three month pay in lieu there of and subject to fulfilling the terms and conditions mentioned .”
