my problem is described as below.

Tenants did not appear in court hearing , court took 2+ years to give the eviction order. 2+ years of rent is also due.

After eviction order was served tenants have moved out with most of their items but have put locks on the doors and did not returned since then. Time served in eviction order to vacate the place is also completed.

what is the correct procedure to remove the locks and any items of tenants and complete the eviction so that there should not be any kind of issues in future.
