i gave my land’s GPA to my friend as i work out of my town and had no one to take care of it. later i got to know that he has misused it and has registered it in the name of his brother and did not even gave any money to me. is there any way to get that land back as i have heard that GPA can not be used to sell a land further. my land is in nalagarh (himachal pradesh)
