Hello Sir,

We have booked a residential plot in a Developer project located in Bangalore.Booking amt was 5Lac. Lone was not approved by builder side bank. We requested cancel and return booking amt he agreed n provided me post date cheque of 1 n half month later.

But on provided date cheque bounced due to “insufficient fund”.

Now that builder is giving a date for payment and on that date again new date with new excuse.I m roaming behind him from 2 month.

Kindly advice me what legal step i can take against him.
