With respect to you all and the subject i would like to know in which way and manner i can put Injunction against my father’s property.

I regret to inform he is not only drunker but also take drugs in present of my wife and my children and local crowed, though i am the only son and i want to stop my father to sold our heritage property and want my right as a son.
