Hello.

I am a student of BSL 3rd Year, I am surprisedthat Engineering and Medical Colleges are charging fees in Lacs. I wonder hardly any parent is able to give admission to their students without taking Education Loan. Which is the appropriate law that Educational Institutions and colleges have to follow? How can I file a petition against Educational Ministry against Fee Hike? I need to know about this.
