we have a property which was bought by my grandfather, before he passed away he made a settlement deed to his only daughter who is my mother.And my mother has 2 sons & a daughter. Now my mother has given 3/4 of that property to her 2nd son as a settlement deed without telling the other two. so is that legal for her to do so? Has she got 100% rights, since the property came has a settlement to her.
