Dear All,

We are not paid salaries for the period of last 2 months and considering the current situation of the Company, I have decided to resign. As per my appointment letter, my notice period to be served is 3 months. My query is can the Management adjust my 3 months notice against my last 2 months unpaid salaries and whether I can serve notice period of only one month.Or whether I need to serve a notice period of 3 months.

Please advise.
