Dear Sir,

My company has sent me abroad with 2 other employee for a training for a week.

The agreement was dat if we leave the company first year we have to pay 2 lac and for other year 1 lac, we can leave compny after 2 year.

In between they have not given the copy of agreement to us. And other two employee left office in first year but compny did nt asked any money from them.

I am leaving this company after 1.10 years and they are threatening me for legal action.

Please advice..
