Hi,

I had a property of my father, me and my elder brother were staying in the same room.

Now after my father’s death the my brother was staying in the same and I shifted to other room as due to dispute between the my family and my brother’s.

When we both were staying together, I bared the all the expenses of my father and even after father’s death I did all the remaining formalities, he didn’t supported anywhere.

Now approx 1 year back my brother also passed away, and now my brother’s wife claims that the room is her, I don’t bear anything in the room.

When I went to claim the my portion of room they illegally bated me and claim that I do not possessed anything in the room.

I have filed a Civil Case against her and the persons who beat me when i went to claim the room, regarding this matter.

My objective is that both should get their rights properly w.r.t the room.

Its now more that a year that the case is filed and the but I am not able to get the proper status and the response.

Please suggest in this case.
