We are the victims in one of the land that we bought, initially we looked at the documents but the gpa holder of the land showed that few documents are missing and he showed the lost documents advertisement in news paper cut. however with less knowledge we bought the land and later the owners elder brother had sued us and till date the land is like that only and the plaintiff got the injunction on the land now after few years the gpa holder of the land is trying to sell the land. kindly help me or find me a good lawyer who can help me in this regard as the lawyer we consulted says lets wait till the case comes to number i dont know what he is planning and he is not very clear when we ask something to him.
