Stuck in UK with Bar council of India Recognized Course

syed91 19 Nov 2014, 00:27

Hi i am currently pursuing my LLB with criminology in wales which is recognized by Bar Council of India . The problem is that to get the recognition from BCI one has to pursue LPC/BPTC and further obtain a Training Contract of 2 years from a firm based in UK . Now you dont get Training Contract so easily these days and getting the work permit will be a whole different thing .

This category is not listed on Shortage list by GOV.UK so i dont know how i will get the recognition . BPTC is useless in India and now i only have the option to LLM in UK or some other nation and through this PG i hope to get a JOB ?

My aim is to become an International Law Expert and for this i am participating in ICRC moot this year but due to this recognition thing i have huge pain in my Behind 0_0 .

What should i do dear Experts ?
