I m kuldeep from chiplun. Our family has common land/plot includes two uncle, me & my mother sister. i called for 7/12 extract after my father death My mother, sister and my name was placed in 7/12 extract. Now my both uncle decided to sell the land and they made legal agreement to sell land (notary done) to 3rd party without our consent and took money from 3rd party. Now both of my uncle they are forcing and harassing my mother and me to sign the agreement, but i dont want to sell it as they are cheating us by showing less deal amount than actual. Pls. advice me how i can proceed legally in this matter.
