Dear sir, Me and my friend started business in 2012 .After 1 year because of misunderstanding I left the business .he agreed to return my share from but last 14 month He didn’t give my money and also He lodged complaint on me that I cheated him Rs.1100000 .for your information we don’t have any agreement regarding partnership or any other else.How to deal this sir.
