I was filed a pre-arrest bail application before Sessions Court after getting necessary instruction and documents and after that the Hon’ble court now make some suspicion about the medical document of the petitioner and ordered the police for varying the said document with hospital and when I intimated the matter with my client he also admitted that the said document was false and the Hon’ble Court also order for his personnel appearance but he is not willing to appear before the court. On that reason on next date I am appearing alone before the court and submitted before court that the accused is not willing to co-operate with me as well as the Hon’ble court and at the meantime the medical report also received and that is reported as fake. Accordingly the Judge filed a case for producing the false document. Now my question is that can a Judge file case in bail application for producing the fake document? Please help me.
