My father & mother get married in very small age and we are born and grown very fast and my father was 45 years old when my sister got married and after 15 years i got married and when my father was 53 years old, i too got married, my self and my sister got married and settled down in usa. My father earned nearly 20 crores of property and he is very bad womaniser and he literally torchured my mother and harassed, beaten so badly and necked her out of the house. My mother filed 498A case against him, but he didnt get compromise and challenging my mother 498A cant do anything and he is talking like he will throw 5 laks on my mothers face and he applied divorce case and also filed false dvc from my grand mother on my mother. Now we want to know does my mother/ children can get equal sahre on my father self owned property. Please let us know, all rents/ agriculture income evrything was collected by my father and now please let me know how to face this and fight legally for property share for my mother.
