my mom purchased a 200sq-m land in her name. but after few weeks my neighbour encroched in our land and he intruted 2m of length resulting in loss of around 20sq-m(as our land was square in shape). then we redemarketed our land but still he refused to let it go, all the official papers are in our favour and therfore we started the construction of our house in that remaining land, meanwhile he filed a case that we intruted in his boundary and his land.

as we already started the construction and paid a huge sum to our contractor now we dont wish to discontinue our work.

all the paper works are in our favour and we are right. what should we do to ovecome this problem because none of my family meamber reside in that area. and we paid a fat sum of money to our contractor.
