In business transaction i received a 3 checks around 1

9.5 lkhs they gave the checks 70days back if i call them for my money they are postponing the date and requested to not submit the checks to bank bcoz they dont hav money present ,till for how many days i have the power to submit the checks in bank,and after submitting the checks what i have to do for for further legal procedure

Can i submit the checks to bank with in the 5days period of expiry ..plz give me replay ASAP..bcoz i only have 10 days time after that the 3 months period will complete… Can i have the power aftr 3 months
