My in-laws want to sell their house for their own living purpose. They have 3 sons and 1 daughter. All these four people are well settled.

In-laws are staying alone & currently their younger son is taking care of them totally. In-laws doesn’t want to give anything to all these four people right now.

My father-in-law is undergoing treatment in Lilavati hospital. To pay all his medical expenses & to survive he wants to sell this property.

His 2 sons and 1 daughter is ready to give NOC for selling the house. Elder son is asking for 12 lacs amount for signing on the NOC document in front of

the court.

Can u please let me know the rules for the same?

The property is in Mumbai Mahim.
