My Father has sold 22 acres of land to this trust called KKR trust. It is Ancestral Property and my mother’s grave is on that land. We are 3 children and he has taken ONLY the 2nd child signature and her husbands signature as a witness and the Land and House is gone. I have approached my attorney and we have sent several applications to the trust which is headed by a certain Rehman Khan who is the Deputy speaker of the Rajya Sabha??..Now KKR Trust is already in a lot of trouble with Amanath Bank. My Father has taken all the money and just vanished into thin air. Mr Rehman Khan is a very old family friend and was a CA for my Grandfathers shop on Brigade road in Bangalore - Popular Automobiles. He is FULLY aware of the fact that we are 3 children and he has the NERVE and the AUDACITY to carry out this transaction without our consent. PLEASE advice what to do… ANYONE… :(
