Hi,

My grandmother(my mother’s mother) having two children, one is my uncle and other one is my mother.

Actually my grandmother having two houses on her name, one house got by her parents and other one is constructed by herself.

My grandmother still alive.

Recently she gave both houses to my uncle with out informing my mother. We have came to know that now.

I am major(25). Me or my mother having any rights or share on that properties???
