Recovery of my amount

Hi,
I had lended Rs. 150000 to one of the ex colleagues during his needs. It has been 6-7 years finally I had involved my family wherein he started paying Rs. 5000 on a monthly basis after that he stopped then I made a complaint for the same at Human rights office insisting him to pay my entire bal amount still he was adamant and refused to pay in lump sum niether the interest.
Again he has stopped crediting the amount.
How can I recover the same as I am badly in need of my amount.I have proofs for the same.

file a summary civil suit in the Court. He would be bound to appear before the court within 10 days in order to give his defense. Let the things then take its own course.
