Hi,

My Grandmother has four children s, three son and one daughter. she

has a house of 200 sq/yard and in his registered Will she do the 120 sq/yard area in my name(grandson) and she did n’t mention about the rest 80 sq/yard.

so i have few questions regarding the will

1)can i do the registry of that 120 sq/yard area in my name.

2)in future if i want to sell my portion can i do that.

Please help me.
