Dear Sir,

I had a small private limited company. which i sold to 3 persons with all the liabilities and assets.when i was director of company i issued 3 cheques against some short term loan in company which new directors assured me to repay that cheques.

After my resignation from company i came to know all 3 cheques bounce and now i am facing 138 in court just because i signed the cheques.

please advice me how the Indian Law can help me.
