we have a family dispute between X & Y, the commercial (plot) property is in name of X, but Y is also having share of 50% in the property & also a tenent in the property for 20 years but no mention in the property.

X & Y have agreed to transfer but X has issue of income tax if there is a sale deed, so both have agreed for :

Y will file a Adverse Possession suit & later X will compromise & Y will get decree from the Court.

Y is having all municipality documents for last 20 years

Now, is it possible to register the Decree & add Y’s name in PR Card & 7/12 extract.
