I have inherited a house that is build on the land

that was orally gifted to my father by his mother’s sister in 1970. Since then we have clear possession on the said piece of land.as demise of all ancestors along with my father I need a valid documents for the said property. Please advise Me how and where I could be able to obtain the paper of the land
