Hi, 8 year back we had case about land wiht my uncle and step grand mother. we were not much aware about law, our lawer also cheated us. Land divided into 3 three equal part. Same day my grandmother gave land to his son. land is small in size now after 8 year they are goingto construc home there but in our land we are not able to built as it is small and not able to sale either is it possible to file case again about it
