Dear Sir

I had resigned from the post of General Manager form a society vide my salary was Rs. 40000/- P.M. as per my contract. After leaving the job my employer had not paid my full and final settlement of my salary.. I request to the management at least 5 registered letter request to settlement of my account. But they are not in a mood to settle my account. I request please draft a Legal notice from the hand of advocate to my employer for release my salary other wise suit should be filed in a civil court for recovery of the salary.
