Hi I am Ajinkya in the morning when I was coming from a temple and I was driving a car and I took the left turn and as soon as I took it a biker gets collide with my car and certainly the biker was a aged person around 55 years and he was with his wife the aged person was bleeding from the upper part of the head and so I stopped the vehicle and I tooked him to the nearest government hospital and I also made the arrangement of the ambulance to take him to the private hospital and there was no damage to his wife however there was damage to my cars left rear side tyre it was toned and the rear left side was damaged so in this case what should I do will They put a case on me or should I have to give the compensation to them

Because it was nf my fault they hit the car

So could you please help me regarding this as soon as you can
