Hello.

One of our family friend too POA of my mother by misrepresentation in 2007 stating tht he will bring back our land acquired by state corp. Decades ago.

On the basis of tht POA, he lead the process of claiming the land back and sold (by registered sale deed using the same POA) it to a developer in 2011. However, due to some legal issues they havent received the possession of land yet.

My questions are:

1. We havent received any consideration till date for the sale deed he executed. Is the sale transaction legally valid?

2. When the municipality will release the possession of land, will it come on my mothers name or the developers name? If on our name, will it be compulsory for the POA holder to get our signatures or he can transfer it using the same POA?

3. The POA holder is forcing us to accept the consideration and the sale deed he executed without our consent. Will there be any legal binding if we Accept the sale deed now?

4. Last, can we disagree now to accept the entire transaction?

I will really appreciate any help on this.
