Pl guide me that I am fighting from the long time but cud not get success as system is not supportive. I am 30 years old female citizen.As seeing the alone to Sr. Citizens parents who are not calculated in the society of goonda elements and the bad elements of the society started to harass us by giving the abusive calls to by the installing of the spy gadgets in the house by means of radio devices & speakers (portable) have been installed in our house. Many inhuman, defamatory and derogatory incidents have occurred with us. They want to vacate our own house. In 2007, two police reports has opined the seriousness of the Crime. A Huge gang/network is gathered to fulfil the complete stalking from source to destination, even out of the city. Employers Web univ Info Tech Ltd, Softdot Hi- Tech Institute, Govindam B’ school and their staff are gathered to torture me due to personal problem, forced to resign till the last day, suffered 24 hours mental torture due to adjacent walls which share the other neighbors. We approached to Hon’ble High Court directly then Hon’ble Supreme Court. Hon’ble Court refused to hear me.I request to Hon’ble President, Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Hon’ble Commissioner of Delhi Police that kindly help me. No body is responsible to hear me as situation is not to provide the all evidence. Solution is out of my reach. So, I am still without justice and system left me in tears and without rights. Who will protect my rights?
