i have filed a writ petition case in Orissa,high court 6months ago.same case was filed by another person in the same court.but due to the inefficiency of my advocate the case remains pending due to several adjournment of the Judge.but the other person wins and a common order was released in favour of us.but our authority demanding the same order from me.in this situation what should i do!
